My expertise spans the full instructional design process, including needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, with a strong focus on the ADDIE model and other established methodologies. I've helped transform dense material into experiences learners actually enjoy and that's what keeps me excited about the work I do.

You may be wondering "Why instructional design?" And honestly, I've always loved that "aha!" moment when a concept clicks for someone. I naturally enjoy helping others solve problems and breaking down complex ideas into manageable pieces. Add in my passion for technology, and instructional design became the perfect fit. I get to be creative yet practical, designing learning experiences that actually work. There's nothing more rewarding than being that behind-the-scenes guide helping someone master a new skill or solve a problem.

Proficient in tools such as Articulate RISE, Articulate Storyline, and various Learning Management Systems (LMS), I create solutions that are not only visually compelling but also grounded in sound instructional strategies.
